Chardonnay Oak

Our most full bodied white is buttery smooth, nutty, and has a dry toasty finish. Enjoy with cheeses, pasta dishes, and a variety of seafood.

Chardonnay Steel

This wine is aged in steel vats enhancing the crisp and grapefruit notes from the chardonnay grape in its purist form. Enjoy with Asian cuisine, seafood, and crisp salads.

Pinot Grigio

A wine with lovely aromas of pear that has a light, crisp acidity and subtle hints of citrus. Enjoy with salads, seafood, and chicken.


Semi-dry more fuller-bodied white wine with flavors of spice, honey and floral aromas.

Seyval Blanc

A wonderfully semi-dry wine reminiscent of apple, melon, and honey. Enjoy with poultry, light seafood, and salads.

Whirlwind Rosé

A blend of Seyval Blanc and St. Croix, this semi-dry is smooth on the palate and deliciously tart on the finish. Dry enough to enjoy with cheese, poultry, and pork yet sweet enough to sip before or after dinner.

Cayuga White

A zesty yet fresh varietal brings aromatic notes of apricot. The essence of flavorful tangy citrus is light and crisp. Enjoy with salads, light poultry, and seafood dishes.

Stone House White

A delectable blend of Muscat, Seyval Blanc, and sweet Vignoles that is a sweet wine to be enjoyed at a meal or during dessert. It has a smooth, light melon flavor with a touch of honey. Enjoy with Asian cuisine, pork tenderloin, or on its own.


Light floral aromas with a semi-sweet hint of orange.

Cabernet Franc

Our most full bodied red, woody, raspberry aromas are first impressions followed by a smooth, pleasantly tart lingering finish. Enjoy with lamb, beef, flavorful poultry, & marinara sauce.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Dry full-bodied wine with flavors of mocha. dark cherry, and a hint of vanilla.


Brimming with smoky aromas of cherry and blackberry this smooth wine leaves a trace of soft plum on the palate that is finished with a trace of spice. Enjoy with pasta, red meat, chicken cacciatore, and dark chocolate.

Stone House Red

A blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Zinfandel. This wine is bold with smoky overtones and intense flavors of berry. Enjoy with hearty dishes, lasagna, and pizza.

Pinot Noir

Medium bodied wine smoother on the palate with a subtle flavor of cherry.


Jammy flavors of dark red fruit and hints of mocha.

Vinho Tinto

A traditional Portuguese blend of Tempranillo, Souzao, Trincadeira and Tinto Cao.

Earthy aroma with fruity hints of blackberry and black cherry.

Sunset Red

A full bodied, semi-sweet red-blend of Frontenac, Cabernet Franc, and Zinfandel. Fruit forward with a spicy peppery finish.

Chocolate Epiphany Reserve

A Rich and velvety Port-style vintage with a sweet chocolate flavor that lingers after each sip. This wine is a dessert in a glass!

Seasonal Offerings

During the summer months we have yummy cold Sangria made with fresh seasonal fruit to quench your thirst.

During the winter months we serve our Mulled wine; a red wine served warm infused with cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange. It is a delicious drink to have next to our double sided stone fireplace where you truly appreciate the peaceful panoramic views.

Wine Tastings

Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are not offering wine tastings at this point in time.

We hope to offer them as soon as it is safe do to so.

Some Interesting facts...

Our vineyard has a 4 acre test plot for the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station. We're helping to research different ways of growing grapes to see what methods are best for future CT growers. Each vine row is planted at different spacings and pruned in different ways. At harvest time, the grape clusters are counted, weighed and documented and CAES will be able to know what methods work best for CT soils and climate for years to come.
